•Single Grave (3'x9') : $1600.00
A single grave purchase generally accommodates 1 full body casket or 3 cremation (ash) graves in a single plot. Includes privilege for a single size, flat-grass marker. Additional ash graves may be added on top of full body graves for additional deed cost.
•Ash Grave (3’x3’): $800.00
A single ash grave purchase generally accommodates 1 cremation grave with up to two urns inside a fiberglass vault to be laid to rest.
•Family Plot with Monument Right (9’x18'): $18,000.00
A family plot with monument right is available in specific sections of the cemetery and include 6 single graves total (3 on the East and West side of a monument).
•Upright Marker Grave: $3000.00-$8000.00
An upright marker designated grave is only available in specific sections with custom approval from Sexton. Some require multiple graves to be purchased and additional fees. Please contact office for additional information.
Fees
•Opening & Closing Single Grave: $1000.00
Labor and equipment cost to inter a full body (casket).
•Opening & Closing Cremation (ash) Grave: $500.00
Labor and equipment cost to inter a cremation (ash) with urn .
•Full Body Concrete Vault: $950.00
Standard full body concrete vault. Price includes vault setting fee.
•Cremation (ash) Fiberglass Vault: $300.00
7×9×14” Fiberglass vault. Price includes vault setting fee.
•Full Body Gravesite Set-Up: $400.00
Fee includes the use and set-up of greens, casket lowering device, 8 chairs, a 10×10 canopy, water, and a small portable PA system with microphone.
•Ash (Cremation) Gravesite Set-Up: $300.00
Fee includes the use and set-up of greens, 8 chairs, a 10×10 canopy, water, and a small portable PA system with microphone.
•Marker Setting: $300.00
Price includes the setting of either a single grave marker (12”x24”) or a double grave marker (18”x32”).
•Vase Setting: $150.00
Fee includes the setting of most standard concrete encased vases.
•Full-Body Grave Disinterment: $1200.00 or more depending on location.
•Ash (Cremation) Disinterment: $600.00
•Casket to be lowered in front of family: $300
If the family requests to be present when the casket is lowered or will into the grave and vault, this requires our groundskeepers to be kept from other tasks and so an additional fee is required.
•Saturday/Holiday Full-Body: $400
•Saturday/Holiday Ash: $200
This fee is in addition to opening/closing and set-up and is applied to services held on Saturdays or Holidays which require additional or overtime hours.
•2nd and 3rd Right of Interment: $800.00
If a second or third burial involves placing a loved one’s urn on top of a previously buried casket, This fee is for the deeded right to use that space twice.
•Grave Transfer: $100/grave
To have grave ownership transferred will require current owner to sign a transfer document and possibly have it notarized. Please call our office for specific information. Upon verification and payment, a new deed will be created and provided to new owner.
